Fixed Price administration: Ausy/DataFlow provides a complete Managed Services portfolio through which system administration and support can be completely or partially outsourced.

After analysing your IT environment, we provide you with a consultancy report setting out the desired services along with a customised pricing structure. Through our Managed Services, we can offer user, support and administration services for workstations, servers and networks for a fixed monthly amount, which means that our customers can accurately plan their budgets.

Managed Services are for the most part carried out remotely via the permanent supervision of your infrastructure by automated monitoring and alerting. In the case of activities which can only take place on-site, we send our staff out to our customers’ premises.
