Ausy Group in 2010: growth of 28.5%
Ausy/DataFlow Belux closed 2010 with good growth figures, but the Ausy Group, too, had a positive annual balance under its belt. In 2010 the company achieved stable and constant growth, with an increase of 28.5% compared with 2009 figures. Annual turnover in 2010 came to 197.7 million euros. The growth that was realised is largely organic, proving that the stock market listed Ausy Group is one of the leading ICT companies.
This growth trend could also very clearly be seen in the fourth quarter of 2010. During this period, turnover – calculated exclusively on the basis of organic growth – rose to 56.1 million euros. This represents a 21.3% increase compared with the same period in 2009.
The ambition of the Ausy Group to further expand both nationally and internationally is also reflected in the takeover of Aptus in January. With this move our group takes on more than 700 employees active across 9 sites in France, 1 site in Spain and another site in Tunisia. Aptus joining the group is an integral part of Ausy’s expansion plans, which in the first phase include a turnover target of EUR 300 million by the end of 2012. See also the ‘Aptus takeover’ article.
